Delete my account
You can delete your Zentalog account and all your data whenever you want, from the app or from this page.
Your account, profile and photo; your workouts, routines, measurements, activity and notes; your friendships and your links with coaches. If you have a subscription, it is cancelled.
Only invoices for what you paid are kept, because the law requires it, plus backups, which are overwritten within 14 days.
- Sign in with your email and password.
- Review what will be deleted and confirm with your password.
- It is deleted immediately and you get a confirmation email.
In the app it is under Account › Delete my account.
Sign in to delete my accountIf you cannot sign in, write to info@gextiona.art from your account's email address and we will delete it for you.
